How NIJ Buildcon Digitized Site Management with a Custom Web-Based Application

NIJ Buildcon, a prominent construction and manufacturing-focused builder, sought to digitize and streamline their manual processes for managing site activities, inventory, and daily labor/material tracking. With operations spread across multiple active construction sites, they required a centralized, role-based system to standardize reporting and improve operational visibility. To address this, a custom web-based application was developed, empowering supervisors, storekeepers, and management teams with secure, real-time access to site-level data.

About Project

The Real Estate Broker Portal is a comprehensive solution developed to automate and manage critical business functions such as project bookings, brokerage distribution, employee tracking, document handling, and payment workflows. Designed for multi-role access across management, brokers, and employees, it includes modules for land, project, and property management with built-in calculations, document search, real-time notifications, and WhatsApp-based client greetings.

NIJ Buildcon’s previous system relied heavily on manual entries for tracking daily material usage, labor deployment, and site progress. The client needed a reliable platform that would allow them to digitize their daily reporting and inventory flows while assigning appropriate access to different stakeholders—such as admins, site supervisors, and storekeepers.
