About Project

The Real Estate Broker Portal is a comprehensive solution developed to automate and manage critical business functions such as project bookings, brokerage distribution, employee tracking, document handling, and payment workflows. Designed for multi-role access across management, brokers, and employees, it includes modules for land, project, and property management with built-in calculations, document search, real-time notifications, and WhatsApp-based client greetings.

NIJ Buildcon’s previous system relied heavily on manual entries for tracking daily material usage, labor deployment, and site progress. This led to inconsistencies, delays in reporting, lack of accountability, and difficulty in extracting accurate data across multiple construction sites. The client needed a reliable platform that would allow them to digitize their daily reporting and inventory flows while assigning appropriate access to different stakeholders—such as admins, site supervisors, and storekeepers.
