About Project

The Real Estate Broker Portal is a comprehensive solution developed to automate and manage critical business functions such as project bookings, brokerage distribution, employee tracking, document handling, and payment workflows. Designed for multi-role access across management, brokers, and employees, it includes modules for land, project, and property management with built-in calculations, document search, real-time notifications, and WhatsApp-based client greetings.

Mobile Notifications & Deep Links

Mobile alerts triggered for booking approvals and confirmations. Deep links directed users to relevant approval records instantly.

Every user activity was logged at the module, system, and user level—providing full traceability and compliance visibility.

Client WhatsApp Integration

Automated birthday and anniversary wishes were sent via WhatsApp using the company's approved number.
