Microscope Image Classification & Identification
Each data item is assigned a unique code and classification for precise retrieval. Users can upload images across magnification levels (10x, 40x) — both clear and blurred — with contextual documentation.
Annotation System
Users can draw boxes and lines over images to mark important areas, enabling detailed analysis and facilitating communication between collaborators.
3D Visualization & Multimedia Integration
ScopeGenx supports advanced data visualization through embedded 3D video references and contextual URLs, enhancing the depth of insight into each dataset.
Parent–Child Data Hierarchy
The platform supports a tree structure where each record may have multiple subparts. Users can navigate this hierarchy visually, with status indicators highlighting pending or unresolved tasks.
Interactive Review & Collaboration Interface
A dynamic side panel on the list page allows users to review item details, add comments, and view associated images — all within a streamlined layout that enhances productivity.
Activity Logging & Versioning
Every change made to a dataset or image is logged. This ensures transparency, auditability, and a clear historical record of data evolution.
Administrative Controls
Admins can approve or reject submitted items, comment directly on submissions, and oversee the overall data lifecycle to maintain consistency and quality.
